The Great Feast of Pentecost was celebrated on 3rd June 2017 at Community Hall, Punaroor from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There was a large crowd that gathered with full devotion to be blessed with the Holy Spirit of God.
The day started with praising and worshiping God through psalms and hymns. (Eph. 5:19-20)
The Word of God was shared by Dr. Santhosh D’Souza & Bro. Vikram D’Souza in the morning.
The Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Jerry Sequeira, in rememberance of the Institution of the Lord’s Supper (1 Cor 11:23-26).
The Word of God was again shared by Bro. Richard D’Souza and Bro. Austin Carvalho in the afternoon.
Lastly, there was a powerful infilling of the Holy Spirit upon all the children of God, during the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
