What is true fasting? What kind of fast does God expect from his children? Is it to share food or to share love with the poor and needy?

"ಹಾ೦ವ್ ಪಸ೦ದ್ ಕರ್‍ತಾ೦ ತೊ ಉಪಾಸ್ ಹೊ: ಅನಿತಿಚ್ಯೊ ಸಾ೦ಕ್ಳಿ ಮೊಡಾ, ಜು೦ವಾಚೆ ಬಾ೦ದ್ ಸೊಡಯಾ, ದಗ್ದ್ ಸೊಸ್ತೆಲ್ಯಾ೦ಕ್ ಸುಟ್ಕಾ ದಿಯಾ, ಹರ್ಯೆಕ್ ಜೂ೦ ಮೊಡುನ್ ಉಡಯಾ" (ಇಸಾಯಿಯಾ. 58:6)
