For all things are yours, whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future all belong to you, and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.” – 1 Cor 3:21-23. My dear brothers and sisters, it is God who created us and brought us to this world through our parents. “God said, Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness” – Gen 1:26. “Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living being.” – Gen 2:7

For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works that I know very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth” – Psalm 139:13-15. In today’s world, there are many people who decide their way of life, without even asking God to guide them or to show them the way. For God says, “For surely I know the plans I have for you, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.” – Jer 29:11. We need to surrender ourselves, our lives and our plans to Jesus because we belong to him and he knows the best for us. “If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord; so then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s” – Rom 14:8
